Best is to download them directly from inside Quanta:
Toolbars-Download Toolbar
DTD-Download DTD Package
Right click inside the template toolview - Download..
Right click inside the script toolview - Download..
Right click inside the documentation toolview - Download..
It is also possible to download and install manually, but why to do that
way if its easier from inside the app? ;-)
