Only partially correct. The list now seems to grow only if you work for 
long time with unsaved files. Those having the problem might test it: 
create a new file, save asap and see if it still growing.
This list should be cleaned up though on startup with 3.5.5.

With Quanta < 3.5.5 the list grow also if you worked with saved files, 
but this should only happen if you home directory or the project you 
work on has a symlink somewhere in the path.

Please try to use 3.5.5 if you don't do already, should help in most 
cases. I will try to solve the remaining issue for 3.5.6.
