that is because your local apache web server can't find the menitoned 
directory under the webroot - which is probably /var/www/localhost for a 
standard installation.

try moving your project to your server's webroot, e.g.
/var/www/localhost/htdocs/yourproject and adjust the settings in quanta 
accordingly.
