This does not work on remote files/projects.
	"The file foo.php does not exist or is not a recognized mime type."

Most of my development work is done on a development server I access via the 
fish protocol.  

What would it require to get this going via any of the KIO protocols? Just 
prefix the full path to the current file? or is it more work then that?
