Hello,

Whenever I create a new project, I have to create " toolbar" and "template" 
directories. I dont want these, ot at least would like to have them be hidden 
by default. (.toolbar and .template) 

* None of these are ever filled in any of my projects. So for *me* they are 
useless, I guess for a lot of us they are
* I would love to be able to put these dirs elsewhere. Like on a local 
directory, while the project files live online somehere. 
* Do people actually need to ship toolbars and tempaltes with projects? Is it 
not enough to have them installed locally and 'connected' to a project.
