There has been the chance to select https+svn as the protocol in older quanta 
releases. But I never figuered out how to get it work.

I am part of the german kde.de team and use quanta to manage the project.
Changes to files are commited via kdesvn to kde's repository.

Yes, but using quanta instead of kdesvn

php, images, whatever we need ;-)
