Yes, you are right (see my mail as well). And because this, there is a 
workaround as well, which I think should work in Quanta and the 
browsers as well:

  <![endif]> -->

Yes, as I said the Document Structure is a good tool also to see when 
something is parsed wrongly by Quanta, not only to debug your XML.
