It looks loke Quanta not seeing the closing "]>" and is interpreting the \
"<![endif]-->" as a DTD block, leaving it seeing one more opening marker, "<!--", \
than it has closing markers so everything after the "<!--" gets commented out. That \
                sounds totally confusing, take a look in the Document Structure view.
