Right. If you add the source: "deb http://kubuntu.org/packages/kde351 breezy
main" to you apt-get source list (should be able to do it through the ubuntu
GUI but I forget what it's called), update your sources, and then search for
"kdewebdev" for the whole kde-web package or just search for quanta. either
way, it will figure out all the dependencies.
