The only time I have seen this is when Quanta barfs with the CPU max out
issue. Once I close Quanta and re open I am ok till the next CPU issue.
There have been bug reports filed for the CPU issue and a fix is on the
way for vs 4 I believe.

    <pre wrap="">Hi all

I keep on getting this dialogue when saving a newly created file. The
dialogue says "the file was changed outside of Quanta" then provides
some options to proceed.

The file in question is local and under version control. Nothing else
touches the file or has it open.

Does anyone have a solution as I have to restart Quanta to make it go away.

Cheers
James
