What Werner says is correct and you should be able to use Gubed 0.2.0 with 
Quanta 3.5. 
However, in a few days a new version of Gubed will be released and theres a 
preview package for Quanta 3.5 on:
http://x.mccabe.nu/public/Gubed/0.3.0/Gubed0.3.0Quanta3_5.tar.gz
