Errm, where?  In the 'server' box?

'Information' on the KDE Control Panel does list ftp as an available kioslave.  
However it also lists loads of other protocols which Quanta doesn't (and 
shouldn't!) list - eg 'help' and 'mailto' - so perhaps the problem is in some 
element of the configuration of the kioslave which prevents Quanta 
recognising it as suitable?
