Hi

I've noticed this behaviour, but have been unable to pin point the problem
as of yet. Does it happen every time for you, or just sometimes?

Rather tan restarting, you can 'Start Session' in the debug menu.

This problem was introduced when I changed to the newer KDE network classes.
