Hi,

I was playing around with the debugger and noticed this behavior:
- I do have allready debugger-settings for a project
- i go into project-properties and change something in the settings
- i click OK in the project-propierties dialog
- debugger gets re-initialized
- and i get the message "DBGp: Unable to listen on port 9000"
now i have either to restart Quanta or go to the project-properties again -
then it will work again.

I'm using KDE 3.4.2 from Debian Sid and Quanta SVN from the 3.5 branch
compiled yesterday.
And I have a remote server running.
