Yes, you are right. The debugger is not really needed / usable for Rails
development. To be honest, I am not using any of those features up to
now. :/ So I might as well use Quanta only :-)
Just for completeness: There is a GUI builder for QtRuby/Korundum in
KDevelop, too! See this one:

I am really looking forward to a KDevelop / Quanta merge. I'm in hope for
features like advanced Ruby auto-completion and integrated Ruby
documentation. I think this is the environment which is needed for perfect
Web 2.0 development to become a reality ;-) Just dreaming..
