You should use the umask function, see the manuel here:

In return, I see you're using quanta 3.3 on kde 3.2. I'm trying to
compile this version on a Mandrake 10.0 but get error about unfound
libxslt. Though, Libxslt is yet installed. Any suggestion ?

Hi,

my host provider requires  php files having rw-r-r rights

is there a way for quanta to force files to acquires such rights during
upload

I am using Quanta version 3.3.2 with KDE 3.2.3
