This is a multi-part message in MIME format.

We have compiled Quagga 0.98.6 (+isisd) and have running it on several
Dell GX 260s. My lab tech finally found a version that supported isisd,
albeit a beta.  Apparently if a neighbor crashes, isisd will go down
without an error message.

That's life, but we have it working.  

We also found an image that would fit on our Cisco 2691's.  If anyone
would like our quagga & cisco configs - after I get back from Mass. - I
will send them.

Did you ever get a response to your question re ISIS and quagga?  I was
thinking about setting it up, but wasn't sure if it was functional and
hence worth the effort.  Have you tried to get it running?
