Finally, It's now almost 3:00AM, but I found the solution for my
problem.
I changed the machine on which I was trying to install the second qmail
server, and everything goes ok.
So, I figured out the only reason to happen what happened is:

THE MACHINE ON WHICH QMAIL WAS NOT RUNNING WAS RUNNING CORE SOLARIS....
The others, End-User Solaris.

Now It's ok.
