Your python is probably picking Qt libraries from your system instead of
from PyQt5-Qt5. Try running with
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=~/.local/lib/python3.10/site-packages/PyQt5/Qt5
python ...

I think ZdaPvm/ZdlPvm is from Qt that is statically compiled with libstc++
and not about Qt version.
