I would be interested in hearing from these libraries.  With the rising costs of personnel, OCLC costs, and postage, I am mulling over the idea of the traditional ILL model.  For the most part I think requests outside the present collection can be purchased but what are libraries doing about things like the academic articles or the old VHS of "That Darn Cat"?
