Hi Chris,

I'm interested to hear why this might be a problem. I don't think we
typically help patrons figure out which USB flash drive their file is on,
and I think we would take the same approach with cloud-based storage. Many
of our patrons already used cloud-based storage (Dropbox, Google Docs [now
Drive]) to store files, and I'm not aware that there has been any increase
in the number of questions related to this. At least, it hasn't come to my
attention that this is a problem.

In any case, the Chromebooks do allow you to save and retrieve files on
conventional USB flash drives.
