Summary: Difficulty with Verizon DSL

Initial Comment:
What a terrific concept, except that I'm having
trouble configuring to work with Verizon DSL. My
Verizon account does not permit a static ip address.
I've tried some of the things I see on the wiki pages,
but to no avail. Are the other ways to configure
Prioxy and Tor to work with this ISP?

Can you be a little bit more specific
about the problems you have?

Neither Privoxy nor Tor require a static ip address.
