I cannot persuade 4.60 to compile on Mac OS X 10.2.8 (build 6R73), although previous
versions compiled without problems.

Building with:
  => ./build EXTRACFLAGS=-no-cpp-precomp EXTRALDFLAGS=-no-cpp-precomp
  osx
Additional flags solved one set of compilation problems, since o/w got
numerous errors regarding precompiled headers.

cc: using gcc3

build ends with following:
cd osdep; make includer os-osx.c; cd ..
cc -o includer includer.c
./includer < os-osx.ic > os-osx.c
rm -f os.c
ln -s osdep/os-osx.c os.c
cc   -g -DDEBUG -DDEBUGJOURNAL -no-cpp-precomp -DENABLE_LDAP  -Dconst=
-DSYSTYPE=\"OSX\"   -c -o os.o os.c

I've never asked a question on one of these lists before, so if I've
chosen the wrong place or included the wrong information, please accept
my apologies! Otherwise, any suggestions would be most welcome.
