I was kind of in a hurry to get 0.0.4 out.

I've fixed all the problems you mentioned. I put a new snap shot
up on the web page, call it a brown paper bag release.  It's got
allot of other fixes too. The diff to 0.0.4 is more than 1000
lines. I want to finish some more features before I put a 0.0.5
out, which should be by Monday.

The config stuff is now in cks_config.c.  I'll write code to
have it read an ini file or db table soon.  pks-commands.html
also works now and a null pointer in cksd was fixed along
with lots of other little fixes.
