PCC mips has function argument issue which is easily revealed
by larger-than-4 argument function call.  I'm not sure removing #if 0
is correct solution or not since it's unclear the original writer had
right understanding about o32 calling convention.  The hidden
four word storage is the source of confusion I guess.
