It is based on Tumbleweed, which does have extensive tests.
Looking at
https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/overview?arch=&flavor=&machine=&test=&modules=upgrade_select&module_re=&distri=opensuse&version=Tumbleweed&build=20231001&groupid=1#
everything from 15.2 upwards is green and even the 15.0+ ones are
orange, so only has minor known issues.
How about "Leap 15.x" in the wiki?
