I downloaded and compiled vanilla from kernel.org.
yes, http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/SL111_BRANCH/openSUSE_11.1
seems to be the only that puts all kernel flavours included source
but, as you say, it is really not up-to-date.
It seems to me the standard 11.1 kernel or a very very close release
