Later it further qualifies:

   ... "But only if you manage to find a driver and X version that
   happens to no suck."

I tested with b156 + Xorg 1.7.7 and b151a + Xorg 1.9.2
(NVIDIA driver 260.19.29 on both) and didn't have any issues
so I guess we don't "suck".
