Mantis 5664 - Awesome work on this Justin =) Latest Master seems to have 
fixed the issue thank you so much!

There still seems to be the small issue of if I leave attachments rezzed 
out in world and then shut down the server / restart the server; the 
attachments will be completely gone except for their root prims (as 
described in the additional notes in Mantis 5664). But the viewer no 
longer crashes now when trying to edit them after rezzing.
