Hi ,
I notice that you are not subscribed to the users@openoffice.org mailing list.
That's OK because I sent my answer to you and to the mailing list, but not
everyone does that and you might miss some answers to your question. To
subscribe to the mailing list send an email to
users-subscribe@openoffice.org. You could also subscribe to this mailing list
as a newsgroup (news://news.gmane.org/gmane.comp.openoffice.questions) or
click http://news.gmane.org/gmane.comp.openoffice.questions to view this
mailing list on the web archive . Many people prefer the newsgroup as there
are a lot of questions asked and answered everyday on this mailing list and
it may be a bit more than you are comfortable with.

Please remember that you should always reply to users@openoffice.org and not
directly to the person helping you as others on the list can also help. I
hope the answers below help to answer your question(s).

Welcome to OpenOffice.org
