Dear all,

I am a new user of OpenNMS and would like to use it to monitor a small group of \
critical computers. To test it, I could install it on a computer with a Win7 SP1 \
operating system. Not ideal but I hoped this would be sufficient just to test it. I \
installed the JAVE SE JDK 8 Version 51 with a PostgreSQL V9.4.4, following the \
guidelines on the internet. I got a message that the installation of the OpenNMS \
(version 16.0.2) completed successful. At this moment I can't joint it using the \
browser (IE or Firefox). I did open the specific port 8980 on the firewall.

Can someone help me with this issue?
