Like Les said, I think you have something, snmptrapd?, bound to port 162. If you have \
another application on the server listening for traps that will prevent OpenNMS from \
starting. You can edit /opt/opennms/etc/service-configuration.xml and comment out the \
Trapd service if you don't want to use it.
