With the update to cmake I was itching to try to make a port of scribus
1.3.6.  My first major fail appears to be:
/usr/ports/pobj/scribus-1.3.6/scribus-1.3.6/scribus/scclocale.h:45:
error: ' locale_t' is used as a type, but is not defined as a type.


Is there some kind of "standard" work-around for defining locale_t in
OpenBSD ports?  I've searched around but didn't see this mentioned in
my list archives...
