Hi all,

Does anyone know why I would see different numbers from a GWcheck for
mailbox statistics than I see when looking at the mailbox? I am comparing
the total inbox items reported by GWcheck to all messages from the in-box,
and all folders combined, and the numbers do not agree. GWcheck tells me
there are more than 40 messages than I can see when logged in to the
account.

The mailbox is static. No activity. No other user logging in. No archiving
turned on. GroupWise 7.0.1

I'm mystified... a familiar state for me.

Any thoughts?
