It does not like exe's in startup.  When extracting a service pack,
server.exe is extracted into a folder called "startup".  To prevent it
go to Virusscan console, Access Protection, "File, share, and folder
protection" tab, and uncheck "Prevent access to suspicious startup items
(.exe)".
