Do you have Internet Addressing turned on?

I wonder if someone can help me. We recently upgraded to 5.5 Enhancement
Pack from 5.2 and I noticed that the address of the sender (when we are the
sender) no longer has the person's name (ie. used to be "User's Real Name"
<user@company.com> and now it is simply user@company.com). Is there a
simple way to include the user's real name in 5.5?
All help is appreciated
