(I assume that there's a missing 'l' in the command there - i.e.
 it actually says
	.... -lnetsnmpmibs -lnetsnmphelpers -lnetsnmp .... )

And is that file there or not?
If you do

	ls /usr/local/lib/libnetsnmp*

what do you see?
