Initial Comment:
I think ucd-snmp-devel-4.2.3-1.i386.rpm should be 
repackaged.

When I compile net-snmp toolkit example, I met the 
following errors.

$ make
gcc -I/usr/local/include -g   -c -o ustScalarSet.o 
ustScalarSet.c
In file included from /usr/include/ucd-snmp/ucd-snmp-
includes.h:20,
                 from ustScalarSet.c:20:
/usr/include/ucd-snmp/system.h:79: parse error before 
`get_myaddr'
/usr/include/ucd-snmp/system.h:79: warning: data 
definition has no type or storage class
make: *** [ustScalarSet.o] Error 1

I downgraded to ucd-snmp-devel-4.2.1 now.
