All information about the host NOSC-TECR.ARPA seems to have dropped out
of the root nameservers (although it still exists as entries for TECR.NOSC.MIL)
The NIC host table still lists NOSC-TECR.ARPA as the "official" hostname
for that machine.

What gives?
