It is saying that struct MYSQOL.NET has no member vio... but it should. This is defined in the MySQL includes that are installed, according your output, in /usr/local/mysql. Perhaps they are theincorrect version. Try a find / -name mysql.h as root user to see if you can find other versions.

It may also be your configure options.

In anycase; I did get this combination to work (although on Caldera) just a couple of weeks ago.
