These features are available if you log on to the console only,  I would
think they are omitted, logging in from a Winstation because any changes
have no effect.  Yes you can manually swap your mouse buttons left and
right but the local workstations mouse and keyboard settings take
precedence.  We found this out as we had a left handed DOS client user,
swapped his mouse buttons via a wincentre registry change,  but when he
went to use a WFW client with the mouse buttons already swapped,  two
lefts made a right.  The resolution was to change the winframe registry
back to right hand mouse and add a DOS mouse driver utility to reverse
the mouse buttons and no more problems as the user logged in from
different clients.  Any other changes to mouse and key board have had no
effect.  The Display settings are of course Client dependent, The client
configuration determines resolution and colors ICA and X .
