    Well - plain vanilla WinFrame 1.6 SP5 lacks them as well.  I'm no
    Registry expert (tho I play one on TV) - but if those settings are
    in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, then it would make sense that each user
    cannot customize them as it would affect every user.  I do know
    that with the WinFrame client software you can choose your
    resolution and number of colors for the display (ie: 640 x 480,
    800 x 600, 1024 x 768, 1280 x 1024 - at 16 or 256 colors)....

I am interested in this too! I had already submitted a support request 
to NCD and exchanged a few mails until they understood exactly what the 
problem was, but since then I've heard no more. I'm giving them the 
benefit of the doubt and assuming they're working on it. :)

Just to make sure of something, are there people out there who _do not_ 
have this problem? I always assumed there were, but I'm not completely 
certain. It took 6 months here before anybody went looking for these applets 
and noticed they were missing.
