Thanks François,
We will look into this case !

https://movabletype.fogbugz.com/default.asp?106376

By the way, we have successfully migrated the FogBugz installation to
the FogCreek's on-demand service.
The new URL is here.

https://movabletype.fogbugz.com/

During this migration, users who have never signed-in to FogBugz for a
year were changed their status to the "Community Users" from the
"Normal Users". The community users can submit a new case but cannot
modify the other cases. This is to reduce the number of "Normal Users"
to below 1000 which is the threshold where the FogBugz subscription
fee goes up significantly. I don't think that this could cause any
change to active users, but please let me know if your account
accidently downgraded to the community user. I can restore the status.
Also we are creating a FogBugz search portal where you can search and
browse existing cases WITHOUT a fogbugz account. This will make things
much simpler for casual users.
I hope that you will enjoy the newest FogBugz features !

Best Regards,

Jun Kaneko
