I want to support our smart card device on NT 4.  I have a version of
the SmartCard DDK for NT 4, but when I build the driver (Keyboard), it
doesn't work. The keyboard doesn't work at all (Ctrl-ALt-Del for login
doesn;t work) - obviously this is bad.  Any ideas? How can I get the
latest DDK for NT 4?

Also, I noticed the DDK for Windows 2000 only has USB and serial port
examples for smartcard support - does this mean keyboard smartcard
devices are not supported on Windows 2000?
