Subject:    How to use my own algorithm in "Outlook Express" or other windows

I had wrote a CSP,and implemented a new symmetric algorithm in the CSP,and
registered it as the system default CSP.
but I find the OE(Outlook Express) can not use my own algorithm.
OE can list all the algorithm which may have been pre-installed in the
system,except for mine.
