Subject:    why my csp signed by MS can only work correctly in OutLook 5.5?

Hi,all

I developed a csp,and I made it signed by Microsoft.In OutLook,signature and verify \
can work correctly,but encryption and decryption can not except OutLook 5.5. The \
e-mail  encrypted can not be decrypted correctly. It pussled me.I want to know how to \
solve the problem.
