I believe, the problem is that MS doesn't allow... anything except MS
I had the same problem as you, but there're no any proper (normal and good)
solution - MS uses default provider for a limited list of algorithms

Doesn't MS allow CryptDecryptMessage, CryptSignMessage, CryptMsgControl to
use custom CSP?
