Hi,

In certificate forming process as everybody knows first we have two keys =
and lots of info in strings. first we have to convert info from the =
string form to certificate form.

is "string to certificate conversion" done by cryptoAPI or not? I am a =
beginer in cryptoAPI and all functions I saw put a cert from one store =
to another. How to build a new one?
