Subject:    Certificate Server Invalid Signature Error!

I am experiencing a problem when requesting certificates from MS Cert
Server.  Sporadically Cert Server generates an "Invalid Signature" error
when presented with a PKCS#10 cert request generated by Xenroll.

Is there a way that I can decode the PKCS#10 request and verify the
signature prior to sending it to MS Cert Server?
