Subject:    Fix for Bug in Domestic SP3 - rsaenh.dll broken - x86 fix

The Domestic Version of NT 4.0 SP3 has a bug in setup which causes the
Microsoft Enhanced Provider (rsaenh.dll) to not function properly.  The
bug is essentially that the signature for rsaenh.dll is not placed into
the registry, thus when called the signature on the CSP does not verify
and cannot be loaded.  Below is a fix to this problem for x86 machines,
I will send an additional mail with the fix for Alpha machines.

To fix the problem:
You must be logged on as an administrator.
Go to a DOS window.
At the command line type : regedit rsaenh.reg
The command arguement to regedit.exe must be the path of the rsaenh.reg
which is attached to this mail message.
